It’s a model I’ve been looking at closely, as I think it has a great deal of relevance for us here in South Africa. The part I’m not so sure about is pricing: how do you price a product when you launch it as an e-book when you still want to make good sales of the printed product? What ratios do you aim for, in terms of sales of e-product vs the printed version. Anybody have any advice or feedback on that?
